Service Description

What are small group classes?  Small group training consists of one trainer working with 3-8 clients. Keeping the group number low allows the trainer to build a personal connection with each person while giving proper attention to each participant’s safety, form, and alignment.  Because these are small group classes, there is a MAX on how many people can join each class, and each class will be filled up on a first-come, first-serve basis! What kind of exercise will we be doing? We will be focusing on HIIT and strength training for our group classes.  HIIT stands for high intensity interval training and is an exercise strategy that alternates short periods of intense exercise movements, followed by less severe but active recovery periods. The goal of a HIIT class is to reach a sustained target heart rate for exercise, allowing you to burn fat briefly. This class is ideal for someone looking to burn calories throughout cardio movements and work up a sweat! Strength Training is any physical movement in which you use equipment (e.g. dumebbells, kbs, resistance bands) to build muscle mass, strength, and endurance.
