I’m Jade Morning, a strength coach, wellness educator, and mother who believes taking care of your body should feel grounding, not overwhelming. My work is rooted in helping women build strength, create simple systems for their health, and reconnect with rhythms that support a balanced and sustainable life.
My Story
Movement has always been a part of my life. I’ve been an athlete for over 20 years and have spent the last decade coaching and training women to become stronger, more capable versions of themselves. But my path into wellness wasn’t just built through sport or certifications; it was shaped through my own personal transformation.
In 2018, I found myself in a season where I had completely lost connection with myself. I gained over 60 pounds and felt far from the strong, grounded woman I knew I could be. Instead of hiding from it, I decided to share my journey openly on Snapchat as I began rebuilding my health and discipline one day at a time.
While I was in nursing school, I became certified as a personal trainer and started helping other women do the same. That experience shifted my perspective on health completely. I realized I didn’t want to spend my career focused only on treating illness after it appears.. I wanted to help people build lives that prevent it in the first place.
Today, my work blends strength training, holistic wellness, and lifestyle systems that help women reconnect with their bodies. I believe real health isn’t about extremes or temporary motivation, it’s about living in rhythm with your body, honoring your intuition, and building habits that support you for the long term.
The foundation of my work is built on four core values: integrity, grit, discipline, and deep respect for the power of women’s intuition. My goal is simple: to help women cultivate strength, confidence, and a way of living that feels aligned, grounded, and sustainable.
