What is Summer Wellness Club?
Saturday morning movement in Chino Hills. Two formats: a HIIT session and a 2.5K walk/run. Come for the energy, the women, the sweat, the sun. No long-term commitment, you book the sessions you want.
Who is this for?
Anyone who wants to move their body in a community that gets it. All levels. If you’re brand new, the walk/run is a soft entry. If you want intensity, the HIIT will give it to you. You don’t have to be fit to start. You start to get fit.
Do I need to be in shape to come?
No. Every session scales. The whole point of HIIT is that you drop the weight and keep moving, which counts just as much as going all out. Show up where you are.
What do I bring?
Water (with minerals if you have them, you’ll absorb it better). A yoga matt for HIIT. Whatever you move comfortably in. For the walk/run, shoes you trust. That’s it.
How do I book?
Pick your session here and check out. Your spot is held once payment goes through. Sessions are limited by design, so everyone gets attention, so booking ahead beats showing up hopeful.
What if it rains?
If a session is called for weather, you’ll get notice and your payment rolls to the next available session. Weather cancellations are the one exception to the policy below.
Cancellation + refund policy
Drop-in sessions are non-refundable. When you book, that spot is yours and it’s held for you, which means it’s not available to someone else. If you can’t make it, you forfeit the session. No refunds, no credits, no exceptions outside of weather cancellations (see above). Book the sessions you know you can show up for.
I want more than Saturdays. What else is there?
