Private Wellness Coaching is a supportive, personalized experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and build a healthier relationship with food and daily habits.


Our work begins with a thoughtful initial assessment, where we take time to understand your current lifestyle, health history, eating patterns, stress levels, and overall goals. This honest look at where you are today creates a foundation for real transformation.. Not through pressure or perfection, but through awareness, compassion, and intentional change.


From there, we move into goal setting and gentle nutritional planning, where your intentions are translated into practical, sustainable steps. Whether you’re looking to restore your energy, feel stronger in your body, regulate stress, or bring more balance to your meals, we’ll create an approach that feels nourishing, realistic, and in rhythm with your life.


This coaching experience goes beyond food alone. Together we’ll explore the deeper layers of wellness, including nervous system regulation, menstrual cycle awareness, and simple lifestyle practices that help you move out of survival mode and into a more grounded, supported state.


Sessions are typically held once per week, and while the structure is 1:1 wellness and nutrition coaching, our time together is meant to feel supportive and human; sometimes like a walk, a conversation, or a moment to pause and reconnect with yourself.


Throughout your journey, you’ll receive education, guidance, and accountability so you can understand the why behind your habits and build confidence in your daily choices. After each session, you’ll also receive a weekly follow-up email with supportive reminders, herb and supplement suggestions, and simple practices to help you stay aligned with your goals.


The intention of this work is not perfection, but reconnection; helping you feel more in tune with your body, more grounded in your rhythm, and more empowered to care for yourself with clarity and confidence.
