Jumpstart January is the fresh start you’ve been craving; not another challenge, detox, or “New Year, new me” sprint. This 6-week live coaching experience gives you the structure, support, and strategy women need to finally stay consistent… without burnout, restriction, or starting over every Monday.
Beginning January 12th–February 23rd, you’ll follow a progressive workout plan designed to build strength, energy, confidence, and routine that's all doable at home or in the gym. Pair that with weekly meal-planning guidance, realistic prep tips, and flexible nutrition support so food feels simple, nourishing, and sustainable.
Every Sunday, we meet live as a group to reset, move, learn, reflect, troubleshoot, and hold each other accountable. These calls are where habits take root, questions get answered, and motivation becomes momentum.
