Prior to 2020, I had big plans to travel and explore the world. Unfortunately, the pandemic prohibited me and a ton of others from doing so. Forced to stay inside, tequila and I got real close. Did anyone else spend their newfound free time on quarantine zoom parties, graduations, and brunches? One day, I noticed that my liver line (between eyebrows) on my face was dry, slightly wrinkled, and every so often I would get pimples in this area. As much as I tried to ignore the signs, I was abusing my liver.
Today, the alcohol isn't worth it anymore, I truly aspire to be the healthiest I can be so giving it up *this time* hasn't been horrible. I love everything about cleansing and cleaning out my system, and aiding my body in its regeneration process is my love language. As you may know, our liver has a ton of functions, but we mostly associate it with being a primary detox organ.
